Chicken breast has a lot of protein. At the same time, there is little fat in the breast, which nutritionists especially like. This product is often recommended for weight loss and recovery. However, as practice shows, it is difficult to eat chicken breast for a long time. The most common complaint is that the breast is dry.

The dryness of the chicken breast is due to the fact that it has little fat. During heat treatment, the fat melts, which makes the meat dry and even rubbery. There is a way out of this situation – you can cook the brisket according to special recipes. We will tell you about one of these cooking methods.

Ingredients for baked chicken balls:

  • Chicken breast – 900 g;
  • Onion – pcs.;
  • Parsley – 1 pinch;
  • Green pepper – pcs.;
  • Red pepper – pcs.;
  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • ground pepper;
  • black pepper;
  • Cumin mint;
  • Salt;
  • Olive oil – 10 ml.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Potatoes – 4 pcs.;
  • grated cheddar cheese – 50 g;
  • Salt.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon;
  • water – 200 ml.

Preparation of chicken balls in the oven:

Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and boil until soft. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, cut the onion in half.

Cut the parsley, remove the insides of the green and red pepper and chop. Cut the cloves of garlic into slices and add them to the blender together with the onion, parsley and peppers.

Grind the vegetables into a homogeneous mass and transfer to another bowl. Similarly, grind the meat into minced meat, mix both masses into one.

Pour ground and black pepper, salt and cumin into the minced meat, add oil and mix. Seal the minced meat with cling film and leave for 30 minutes.

Mash the boiled potatoes. Grate the cheese into the mashed potatoes, add salt and mix.

We form balls from the puree, and then the same from the minced meat.

We roll the minced meat balls by hand into flat cakes, where we place the potato balls.

Seal the potato ball in a meat tortilla and place it in a baking pan. To make the sauce, add water to the tomato paste and add the mixture to the meatballs.

Bake the dish at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Grate the cheese, sprinkle the buns and bake for another 15 minutes.

The result is delicious, juicy meatballs with potato filling. The dish is perfect for a holiday meal
