INGREDIENTS
150ml of milk
400g cocoa biscuits
For the cream: 500ml of milk
40g of sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 tablespoon corn
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200ml liquid cream
Chocolate chips
For the varnish: 150g dark chocolate
60g butter
INSTRUCTIONS
In a pot add the milk, sugar and beat.
In a bowl add the egg yolk, starch, vanilla extract, pre-made milk and beat everything together.
Add the pot to the heat again and beat until thick.
In a separate bowl we add the liquid cream and create the whipped cream, and combine it with the pre-prepared mixture.
Add the biscuits to the milk and place the first layer in the baking tray.
On the biscuits add the mixture, level with the spatula and add the chocolate chips on top.
Add two more layers of cookies and mix and chill in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
In a bowl add the dark chocolate, butter and move it to the microwave for about 2 minutes. Combine it well.
Add the chocolate frosting on top and let cool in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
