Ingredients

  • 200 g of spaghetti
  • 200 g of smoked bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of crème fraîche
  • 50 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • butter
  • coarse salt and pepper


    Preparation

  •  Boil a large pot of water. Add the coarse salt (not too much, watch out for the bacon). Meanwhile, brown the bacon in a pan without fat. Pour the spaghetti into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
  •  Drain the pasta. Melt a piece of butter in the pan. Add the spaghetti, stir well.
  •  Add the bacon, stir. Pour in the crème fraîche, break the eggs, and season with pepper. Stir again.
