Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
  • 6-8 slices of ham (you can use smoked, honey-baked, or any type of ham you prefer)
  • 8-10 slices of cheese (such as Swiss, cheddar, or mozzarella)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Puff Pastry: Lay out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Cut each sheet into rectangles or squares, depending on your desired sandwich size.
