Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
For the Filling:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk, water, and butter until the butter is melted and the mixture is warm but not hot.
- Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Gradually add the remaining flour, 1/2 cup, until the dough is soft and slightly sticky.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Assemble the Rolls:
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 16×12 inches.
