Ingredients:
Muffins:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar

 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
 - 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Topping:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the tin with non-stick spray.
 - Prepare the Muffin Batter:
