INGREDIENTS:
BUTTER:
1 sachet of bread yeast
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of oil
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
500 ml of warm milk
1 kg of flour
FILLING:
3/4 cup of flour
1 litre of milk
1 can of condensed milk
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Oil for frying
Sugar and cinnamon
PREPARATION METHOD:
1 – Put almost all the flour in a large bowl, add the other ingredients interspersed with the warm milk, knead well and add the rest of the flour if necessary until it comes loose from your hands.
2 – Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes, make dough balls and let it rise for about 30 minutes (I usually put a small piece of dough in a glass of water when the dough rises it is because it has grown). Fry over low heat until golden.
FILLING: Put all the ingredients in a frying pan, bring to a medium heat, stirring until thickened.
ASSEMBLY: Dip the dreams in a mixture of icing sugar and cinnamon, cut them in half and fill them with the cream.
