250 gmargarine
250 gSugar
½ packbaking powder
2 packsvanilla sugar
somethingLemon juice


preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and put them in a springform pan. Bake at 170°C top/bottom heat for about 1 hour.After baking, let the cake cool in the oven so that it doesn’t collapse.If you want to enjoy this cake with fruit, you can add pieces of mandarin orange or cherries to the dough.Really delicious and very quick.
