Substances:
3 apples
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
Cinnamon (elective)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin.
Peel and lower the apples into small items.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar till the combination is foamy.
Add the oil and blend nicely.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing till you receive a homogeneous dough.
Add apples and cinnamon if desired.
Pour the combination into the mould and bake for 30-35 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clear.
Let cool earlier than unmolding and serving.
