Ingredients :
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of milk
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Candy Coating 8 oz
Itineraries:
Preheat oven and prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Let the brownies cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in flour until combined. Add milk and mix until dough forms. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Roll the cookie dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Once the brownies have cooled, cut into small squares. Flatten each square and wrap around a ball of cookie dough, sealing the edges to form a bomb
Melt the chocolate coating according to package directions. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, covering completely.
Place dipped bombs on parchment paper and let sit until chocolate hardens
