Boil a large pot of water. Add the coarse salt (not too much, watch out for the bacon). Meanwhile, brown the bacon in a pan without fat. Pour the spaghetti into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta. Melt a piece of butter in the pan. Add the spaghetti, stir well.
Add the bacon, stir. Pour in the crème fraîche, break the eggs, and season with pepper. Stir again.
