Ingredients
60g butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup sauce
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 kilo of pork ribs
Pepper
Preparation:
- In a pot, place the butter, onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes and add the sugar, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and salt. Cook until it forms a kind of syrup.
- Cover the ribs with the previous sauce and refrigerate them for approximately three hours.
- Place the ribs on a baking tray, sprinkle with salt and pepper, brush with the BBQ mixture and bake at 180°C until cooked through. See less See less See less
