☆Ingredients:

4 cloves garlic, minced
4 large russet or Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cups heavy cream
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

☆Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, and butter. Stir occasionally until the butter is melted and the mixture is heated through.
