1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil for frying

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Coating: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place beaten eggs in another shallow dish, and spread breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
