Ingredients

4 eggs

4 large spoons of sugar4 large spoons of white flour1 bag of pastry

about 400 gr black plum jam

Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar until foamy

2 .

Add flour and pastry

3 .

Put baking paper in a large tray, then pour the mixture

4 .

Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees

5 .

When it’s ready, turn the crust over on a wet patette and cover with plum jam.

6 .

Wrap the roll

7 .

Let it cool down
