Ingredients ( 6 people )
for the dough:120g flour (T110 for me),30g of oat bran,3 tablespoons of 0% white cheese,2 tablespoons of water,1 pinch of salt,
For garnish :500g pumpkin,50+50g of sugar,the juice of a lemon (or an orange),2 eggs,3 tablespoons of 0% white cheese,1 teaspoon of vanilla powder,1 teaspoon of cinnamon,1 pinch of nutmeg
Preparation:
For the dough: Mix all the ingredients (except the water) with your fingertips, sand the dough and then add the water to make a ball. Work the dough until it becomes soft and set aside in the fridge (in transparent film)
For the filling: In a saucepan, cook the diced pumpkin with 50g of sugar and the lemon juice. When the pumpkin is tender, mix and let cool.
In a salad bowl mix the eggs, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix and add the pumpkin puree.
Lower the dough into a pie dish, prick with a fork and pour in the filling.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°. Let cool well before
enjoying!
