How to make dulce de leche…

ingredients
1 liter of milk
3 cups of sugar
1 pinch of baking soda
2 tablespoons butter

to prepare
Mix the milk with sugar and baking soda over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils.

Continue stirring until it thickens and the candy begins to turn light brown and releases from the bottom of the bowl (about 1 hour or so).
